2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on xbaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
When registering on xbaji, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your xbaji account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. xbaji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. - One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
xbaji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts.
Deposits are credited to your xbaji account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact xbaji support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. xbaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed the same day during normal operating hours.

- Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC completed).

5 Betting Rules

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. xbaji reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, where a pricing error has occurred due to a technical fault. In such cases, xbaji will notify affected players and refund the stake to their account balance.
Live in-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is submitted. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between submission and confirmation. If the odds change during this period, xbaji will either accept the bet at the new odds or return the stake, depending on the platform settings in place at the time.
- Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by xbaji.
- Minimum bet amount: ৳10 per selection.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbaji is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including losses resulting from technical faults, delayed transactions, or incorrect odds displayed due to system errors.
- xbaji is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- xbaji is not liable for third-party payment provider delays or failures.
- xbaji's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11 Account Termination

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
